This weeks league night was filled with intrigue. While members Chad, the Law, Carlos (Crocus) the Jackal were joined by newcomer iConrad, The Blade was mysteriously absent. When we arrived, his drink was still sitting at the bar, but he had disappeared. Could there be more trouble in Mexico? Or does the disappearance of the Blade have something to do with the fugitive baby-robber CHAD? The plot thickens.








In scores, Chad won the round of 301 and scored two FYHs. The Law won the round of Cricket, as well as a short round of 201, and scored one FYH. Crocus was blanked, and iConrad had a strong rookie performance earning his first FYH.

In non-league play The Law won a round of 301 as well as Cricket last Wednesday. Unfortunately, one of our friends joining us that evening is no longer with us, after dying on the MBTA of alcohol poisoning. All league members are reminded that we need lots of people to come play; two gallons of beer is a lot to split between three people, so show up and protect your fellow players from The Big Guy. We all need to get ourselves prepped for the inevitable Mega Pint, an eight gallon behemoth  we will be purchasing at the end of the year.

Tuesday's match was all about Chad. He won both the warm up game and the cricket match quite handily. Of course, his competition was a bit light, as only Pippi and the Law were playing. The Blade was present but inactive for the nights match.

In addition, we have started a new side competition for league night. Whenever someone accidentally gets a dart on the dart board but outside the metal ring, they get one FYH. Whoever has the most FYHs at the end of the year wins a $15 gift certificate to the Olive Garden.

No one else has a certified FYH at this point, so get cracking!

Last week's meeting saw the arrival of our newest member, The Grapist. Another recent addition, Mr. Pointy, continued his domination by once again winning the match. Since joining two weeks ago, he has won every single match he has participated in.

Unfortunately, it seems like he won't be joining us tonight (but maybe some of our friends from reddit will), so it looks like someone else will have a shot at a win.
